Q. I completed the service request form, when will I be contacted by Sight and Sound?
A. Within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your request. Please keep in mind that for weekend and holiday submitted forms, clients will be contacted on the next business day.
Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still make credit/debit card payments online?
A. Of course you can! PayPal is Sight and Sounds primary financial institution for online payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make an online payment to Sight and Sound. PayPal accepts all forms of payments, click here to proceed to our payments page.
Q. My request is needed within a weeks’ time, is it too late to go with Sight and Sound?
A. While we normally require a two week (14 day) time frame when your project needs to be completed. We do offer rush services on some projects (i.e.) radio commercials, web designs, basic animation, fashion show/event videos, weddings, and much more. Contact us to check for availability.
Q. Is there a price listing for services offered by Sight and Sound?
A. All of our services do have a basic price listing. Please use our contact page or request form to get a price quoted for your project. Why you ask? We are very competitive in our rates and always have seasonal rates, multiple service discounts, partner discounts, and new client discounts. When we quote you a fee we take everything under consideration. No hidden or down the pike fees!
